## TERMS OF SERVICE

**1. Who we are.** These terms govern your use of LaunchOS AI ("LaunchOS AI", "we", "us") and your
purchase of our digital products through this store. By buying or using our products you agree to
these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use them. Our store is powered by Shopify.

**2. What you're buying.** LaunchOS AI products are digital educational materials — written guides,
systems, templates, checklists and AI prompt libraries — delivered electronically. There is no
physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is provided by email shortly after your payment is
confirmed.

**3. Your licence.** When you buy a LaunchOS AI product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable
licence to use it for your own business and learning. You may not resell, redistribute, share,
sub-licence, or publicly post the materials, in whole or in part. The materials, brand and content
remain our intellectual property.

**4. Orders and payment.** Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes where required.
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider; we don't store your card details. Placing an
order is an offer to buy, which we accept by delivering your access. We may decline or cancel an
order (for example, suspected fraud) and refund it.

**5. Immediate access and your cancellation rights.** Because our products are delivered for
immediate digital access, you agree at checkout to that immediate access and acknowledge that the
standard 14-day statutory cancellation right for digital content ends once access begins. This does
not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy), which we honour
regardless.

**6. Refunds.** We offer a 30-day, no-questions money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how
it works.

**7. Honest expectations — no income promise.** LaunchOS AI teaches a method and gives you tools to
launch a store and pursue your first sale. We do not promise, guarantee or imply any specific income,
sales, or results. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market, your product choice and factors
outside our control. Anything we show is illustrative, not a guarantee.

**8. Third-party tools.** Our materials reference third-party platforms (such as Shopify, AI tools,
suppliers and social platforms). We don't control them, aren't responsible for them, and their
availability, pricing and rules may change. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

**9. Acceptable use.** Don't use our products or store unlawfully, don't attempt to copy or resell
the materials, and don't interfere with the store's operation or security.

**10. Disclaimer and liability.** Our products are provided "as is" for general educational purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or
for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the materials. Nothing in these terms limits
liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by
negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

**11. Changes.** We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on
this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

**12. Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are
subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove consumer-protection rights you have
under the law of your country of residence.
